Our mission depends entirely on the kindness of people like you. Every donation helps us bring vital medical supplies and surgical equipment to children and adults in need, allowing MME USA to reach more patients and give more impoverished Ecuadorians the chance at a healthy future. Your gift—no matter the size—can truly change a life forever. All donations are tax-deductible, and giving is easy through Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or by mailing a check. Together, we can bring hope and healing to Ecuador’s underserved.​

Note:
Zelle payments come right though from your banking app with no fees. Paypal and Venmo both charge transactions fees even for non-profits although small, around 3%. The Zelle option below saves more donation for the patients if you use that service.
